BRAIN POWER

A four-episode documentary series commissioned by TVNZ which explored the capabilities of the Human Brain.

Brain Power worked with a representative group of New Zealand adults to improve aspects of their brain performance. During the series we provided viewers with advice and tips on how they could enhance their mental health and well-being. This included advice on nutrition, stress management, memory retention, sleep management, attention control and ways of alleviating mental disorders such as depression and anxiety.
